I started with AIS in 1996 after watching my buddy who worked at a Mercury agency in Anaheim quote folks and gets policies written. I was fascinated by how I could help people save money and reduce risk by guiding them to the proper level of coverage that best fit their needs. When shopping for insurance, it is best to have a copy of your current policy handy to get fair comparison with the new company giving you the estimate. I highly recommend combining auto and home policies to get the multi-policy discounts on both. Ask about other discounts like good student, group discounts and occupational discounts. Ask the sales rep what their company’s customer service support ratio to the sales rep is? This is critical so you get the support you deserve and don’t get stuck on the hold forever when calling to get help with service.
